I called, and was immiditaly greeted with attitude "Nissani, WHOS THIS?". I asked if he deals with retail real estate, and was given attitude the whole call for asking simple questions and got hung up on my face. Erik Nissani is an impatient and rude person. I would avoid and wouldn't do business at all with him and his Willowstone Realty Company. Avoid at all costs. Seek another broker. Edit: Don't know what he is talking about in his response... As all that he said is false. He must have confused me with another one of his potential customers of whom he gave attitude to, lol.

Erik is a total pleasure to work with; he is a true professional. For two years I worked with numerous brokers who got me nowhere. Against my better judgment, I signed an exclusive with Erik and it was the best thing I have ever done. Erik found me exactly what I was looking for and I am moving into a new space in 3 weeks.
