As CEO of a medium sized Technology firm, my time is very limited. I was dreading the fact that we needed to find new office space. I made 3 phone calls to real estate brokerage firms and 2 of them didn't even listen to me, they just TOLD ME what was available .... BUT the 3rd, and final, call was to Prime Manhattan Realty. I thought I could find a mid-size office on my own, but after seeing so many really terrible office spaces, I decided to give Prime Manhattan Realty a try. Wow, was it worth it. I'm now writing this from my 18th floor suite in Midtown, which we identified in less than a week.
