Redwood is an excellent company to work with. They are informative, reliable, and know the market like no other group I have worked with. They listen to your needs and go above and beyond to meet them as well as present possibilities that you might not have thought of. I highly recommend this group.

Edit 02/14/18 Not helpful at all if you are looking to rent a location. Visited the office a second time and they all have attitude. Deal elsewhere.

Eli Someck at Redwood Property Group is a consummate real estate professional. Even better, he's a genuinely warm, helpful person. We (The Lime Group) have used Eli several times when relocating to new offices in midtown. Each time we were delighted with the service. Not only did Eli find just the right spaces for each new growth phase of the business, he helped iron out potential difficulties with prospective landlords, he assisted with negotiations and with getting our office services up and running. He goes above and beyond for his clients and I recommend him without reservation.

I am a big fan of Eli Someck, who heads Redwood Property Group. Speaking as a real estate agent working with commercial leasing as well as residential sales in NYC, Eli is one of top 2 brokers I respect and admire most out of all the brokers I have come across working in NYC (since 2010). It is not just that he is super knowledgeable and good at what he does. Eli also has wonderful personal qualities and professionalism I find heads and shoulders above everyone I have met so far. He is modest, so he is not posting his feature on Commercial Observer's top 30 under 30 (commercial brokers in NYC :)
