I have used Optimal Spaces to locate commercial real estate rentals three times in the past nine years, and all of my experiences with their brokers have been phenomenal. While they have a great number of listings available, they do a superb job of narrowing them down to those that are the best fit. They are patient with trying to find the ideal situation, yet they get everything done with the urgency needed in the NY real estate market. I highly recommend Optimal Spaces for any commercial real estate needs.

I worked with Optimal Spaces on finding suitable commercial space for my language school in New York, and I found them very approachable, very knowledgeable and flexible to our changing needs. I would especially like to recommend Bob King, one of the brokers at Optimal, who has an accuracy and an astute eye for the right deal for his client, that I have rarely encountered in my numerous dealings with commercial brokers over the years. I highly recommend them.
