I wanted to use a specific brand of oil that I bought before coming here. They refused to use it so I left. A service should give you the service you need and want, not what the company wants. I'll go somewhere else.

Bad Experience. I placed an order for a winter tire and wheel combo from Tirerack and chose this installer as they were well reviewed. Additionally, I had been here once before for my other car. I had a great experience that time. This time? Not so much. One of the front attendants criticized my choice in tires (Blizzak DM-V2) and mentioned he hoped I didn't void my vehicles warranty. I had already spoken with a rep from the manufacturer who mentioned the tires were acceptable and told me where to find the information in the owner's manual. I used "minus one" tire sizing as these are winter tires. But he kept saying "good luck with those tires". They even went so far as to record on my invoice that I was using the "wrong" size tire. Additionally, I'm not entirely sure that the tire pressure sensors were synced with my car because the TPMS light came on as I was leaving the parking lot. I ended up taking my car to the dealership to have have it synced. When I was there, I found out one of the sensors was not functioning. It apparently is a simple test that would have been caught if the sensors were synced to my car when the tires were installed. I can understand the attendants having misgivings about using a different sized tire. However, the initial criticism of my choice of tires, constant commenting "good luck", and then not properly installing tires is frustrating. I don't have a lot of free time to take my car in to have what should have been a simple install redone. I would have went back to remedy the issue, I did have a good experience there about two years prior, but given the general attitude I experienced when I was there for these tires and the fact the TPMS light came on, I decided to go to the dealership to make sure my tires were installed correctly.

Great shop. I had my minivan towed there, needing a new battery. I was out of there in less than an hour.

Absolutely deplorable! I went in here to have my tires changed (that I had purchased in a different location) they took my car back and all I had them do was take the old tires off and put the new ones on and balance them. That is all! It should have been $15 per tire and no more than $45 for labor. Which only took an hour. As they could probably tell I am female and knew nothing about how much it should have cost. They over charged me by $70. They are horrible old men. Do not give them your busin
