I love the staff but management is seriously lacking here with regards to maintaining pool and with regards to how he handles customer concern

Enjoy taking my son there to swim but I am heartbroken that the handicap / disabled lift is still not functional after 2 years. I am disabled and require this equipment to access the pool..... which would provide for a  much more positive experience at the pool, not only for my son but for myself.

Usually we have a good time today was terrible though the life guards forced us to leave half hour before they we're spose to close cause they wanted to leave early and all they did was sit inside the office and talk to there friends and play music that my young children shouldn't of listened to
