Story

Wiltse’s Towing has been proudly serving the Pacific Northwest since 1955. We take professionalism and customer service extremely serious. As a towing company we feel our first job is to provide the best service available. In doing so, we demand the highest level of professionalism from all of our employees.
Wiltse’s is proud of our excellent staff of towing professionals. Our respect for them is reflected in the benefit packages we provide and in our personnel policies. We boast low employee turnover and high employee morale. Pre- employment drug screening and ongoing random drug testing is company policy and is strictly adhered to. All drivers are provided company uniforms that are required to be worn daily. We have an extensive in house training program that each driver is required to complete. Wiltse’s employees also perform monthly drill sessions, practicing rollover techniques and towing scenarios as part of their continuing education. Our professional office staff is highly trained in computer dispatching and record keeping ensuring the accuracy of all records. Wiltse’s personnel are selected and trained to make certain all customers are treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. We take great pride in knowing that no matter the circumstances under which our customer has came to do business with us, they are left with the feeling they have received prompt and courteous service. Wiltse’s after hours dispatch service is performed by our staff which enables us to provide the same high quality of service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All employees attend weekly safety meetings to be updated on the latest techniques, procedures and professionalism.
