Winchell's Donut House

I ended up having to go to 2 winchells the 1st one on Manchester and Broadway the cashier was not friendly but I order anyway 3 glaze, 2 twist and 2 bran muffins. She didn't know what a bran muffin was. But I still ended up asking for 3 glaze and 2 twist donuts. Once in the car i looked in the bag to get a twist, i had 2 chocolate donuts. Now on to the 2nd winchell on Florence and Vermont they were not that friendly either, they almost did not know what bran muffins were but they some. i bought 2 and 2 twist too, while getting in the car I felt them and they were the hardest bran muffins ever.

Could not take my order because they didn’t speak English I went to two locations and it was the same thing….

Got a dozen!! they were fresh....you are in donut heaven here

Morning onion bagle with cream cheese & tea & kiddos pick their treat before school.

Coffee is old and stale, bread seems and taste old i had a bad stomach ache because of it.

Very helpful employees, not all are bilingual but they will easily accommodate to your needs. Fast service and great coffee. Their bagel breakfast sandwiches are a must try. Egg bacon and cheese is my go to with avocado please!

Terrible, Terrible customer service at night. Monica to be exact. Very, very, very RUDE and unpleasant. If I hadn't changed my ways I swear see what have I gotten slapped but no no I called corporate. This place is disgusting and the customer service is absolutely terrible. With people working like that this place should be out of business.

Stop by today to pick up some donuts and they where so fresh, hot and excellent customer service here. The cashier was just amazing person, she help me out to pick the donuts and very very pleasant person. I want to say thank you for the great smiles, and the amazing service today. Even thoe, there was homeless people there, everyone was nice. To the management at Winchell's, you have the best staff there and hope you can take care of them. Sandwiches are always consistent and good. Terrible customer service and takes 15 min for to serve one person. Come here when it’s empty or you’ll wait longer than it took to eat
