My order was excellent everything was delicious, yummy yummy so good. The food was hot and fresh. They really did a great job, so thank you so much.

Walked in for lunch with my co-workers, a woman was in there before us and had just received her order. The man behind the counter quickly says we can't take orders at first he says they don't have a cashier. Then we ask if we can pay/ order online he then says no the system is down even though we just seen a woman receive her order. So we left and went somewhere else. This is not the first incident of them doing this either.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from here. My delivery order was cancelled over two hours after I ordered it. During that time I called and no one ever picked up the phone, I waited on hold for over 20 minutes. I never received my refund.

Worst wing stop ever !!! READ OTHER PEOPLES REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Employees are very rude. Food is good but one employee had a serious attitude? Young blk lady with braids took 20 minutes to see us, she was setting up bags instead of attending costumers. When I let her know we were ready to order to get her attention, she ignored us for another 5 minutes then she said. "What do you want? You ready or not!?" Me and my wife looked at each other? SMH. Other employees walked around. I would nvr go here again after that and seeing other reviews about the same employees let's you know the company or its owner don't care and we are paying money and helping his business. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS.

If I could give zero stars I would. 03/18/2022 I DoorDash my Wingstop which was a big mistake. I ordered tenders and they sent me boneless wings instead! Nothing worse than having your mouth set on something and not getting what you paid for!!! I will not be spending anymore money with this place!!!

Sadly disappointed...They always forget something in my order. We ordered the free 5 wings today for "wing day" placed a normal order....20 wings, large fries, veggies and ranch...Confirmed that the wings were included & tried to check contents but all of their "dining tables" were dirty with garbage so did a quick look over. I did not see wings but they said it was all in the "box". Come home and no bone in wings and food barely hot...There was chaos in the kitchen with about 6 bodies...wings are awesome always when they open for the day but starting to notice to not order at night. Never again.

How is it I give it an extra 25 minutes than the estimate before picking up knowing they’ll be running behind, and I’m still waiting for 40 minutes. Can’t deny the wings are though.

this was my last rodeo coming here. i went in, to be greeted by a plume of smoke burnt wings and absolutely no one came to take my order, so i gathered myself and i called interest in ordering. they told me, "we can't take walk ins at this moment, wait until 11." but i showed her that they close at 11. she just stood there, and i walked out. if you want good wings, go to Points East Pub. there are far too many Wingstops that have too many kids running around that don't care about what you want to eat.

Ordered from here with my brother, The cancelled the order and never refunded him. He’s too dumb and timid to have complained outside of an email that didn’t even receive a response. Even Amazon will refund you for a package stollen, not sure how they this place cancels your order and still charges you.

Order never arrived even though they said it did, I waited at the front door once they said driver “J” was approaching. 5 minutes later it said it was delivered but no one had showed up; I waited 15 more minutes at the front door but nothing
