Wingstop

One of my favorite. Although the spicy wings were not that spicy as expected, because my friend is a spicy lover. Fries was very crispy, wings delicious. Wanna to try some sweet wings next time.

I stopped coming to this location years ago because it seemed they never were constant with their lemon pepper recipe. Sometimes they were wet, sometimes dry. Other times way too much lemon, never the same outcome. Maybe once or twice the order was actually good. I decided to order from them today because I had a last minute party and needed to pick up some wings in a rush. Unfortunately I was disappointed once again. Completely the wrong order. Not sure what these are but definitely not lemon pepper. I guess I should have stuck with my original decision a few years back.

We ordered spicy Korean and original hot. But it is not hot at all. Will order 4 in the future if go to this restaurant again. Might not go again though unless my roommate asks to because he really love this place…‍

I've been craving wings and told my boyfriend i wanted to go to wingstop. The closest one was the one in Medford. We got there before the small rush and ordered our food. I got the 10 piece boneless wings, lemon pepper and mango habanero. That was my first time trying wingstop and it was fire . Definitely recommend going there. The cooks were all working together, front desk was alert and helpful, and the back kitchen was keeping everything stocked. Great people and great attitude. 10/10 for everything

First time at Wingstop in Medford, MA and I was pleasantly surprised. Big up to Misael! I ordered the Mango Habanero and Spicy Korean wings with Cajun Fried Corn. My meal was hot, tasty and fresh. The restaurant was bright, clean, and orderly. It is undeniable that customer satisfaction is Misael's main priority. His service was amazing! He was approachable and made me feel welcomed in his restaurant. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind to all customers. He made safe and healthy recommendations to accommodate my food allergies. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had an enjoyable and memorable experience. All staff appeared to work well together and showed great respect for Misael. Misael's service is unmatched. His professionalism, thoughtfulness and dedication is refreshing. I will definitely be returning to Wingstop in Medford.

Convenient location, wonderful customer service! 5 stars! Anthony took the time to explain the difference between the lemon pepper and the lemon garlic wings and made sure customers had ice especially on a 97 degree day!. Thank you so much Anthony!!

This will be my last time going to wingstop and it’s sad because I used to go there all the time but a couple days ago I got my order and I was shocked. They gave me the smallest pieces of chicken that I’ve ever seen In my life. I don’t know what happened back there , whether or not they ran out of the normal sized ones but that’s not okay. I could’ve just took my money and went somewhere else.

Worst wings in my lifetime. Ordered chicken wings but looks like they are selling sparrow wings, too small and over cooked. Wish I could return and get my money back.

Always love ordering Wingstop during big sporting events or for a casual night in when I don’t feel like cooking. The only reason for not providing is because this location is very disorganized during big sporting events, which they know will be their higher volume nights. Their method is dysfunctional and always a different process each time.

I am jamaican and we certainly love our food spicy. If you are looking for spicy wings and great customer service, this is the joint. I love the fact that i can order online and the time given for prepartion is always accurate and i can just run in and out of their store in a min. #perfecto
