I had a phenomenal experience at Winnie Couture! I had the opportunity to work with Chandler, and she did not disappoint! She knew exactly what dresses would work well with my body type and my vision. She was attentive, empathetic, hilarious and fun. She was able to work with my budget and provide me with the dress of my dreams. Everyone who worked there was polite, welcoming and provided exceptional customer service. I would recommend this bridal shop to any future brides!

Where do I start!!!! From the moment we walked in the service was top notch and Chandler is the freaking best. I love her personality and the rest of the staff def made me feel comfortable. I said Yes to the Dress my first appointment. I will definitely recommend Winnie and Chandler as the specialist

Where do I even begin?!?! Winnie Couture gave absolutely everything and more. Chandler was beyond amazing. She was so welcoming, warm, and honest and I definitely loved that about her. This was my last stop for bridal shopping and she helped me find "THE ONE" the moment when time stops and you realize you are about to be a BRIDE! The dresses are absolutely beautiful and her expertise made the 6 hour drive more than worth it. I would recommend Winnie and Chandler to any bride looking for "THE EXPERIENCE". Needless to say, I said Yes to the MY Dress and can't wait to go back to see them at this location.

I had the pleasure of working with Krystal at Winnie!! And I said yes, to her dress she picked out for me!! Here’s the scoop: The timeline of me going to Winnie is crazy. I got engaged on 9/16 this year. My fiancé got my entire family from Las Vegas to surprise me and be here that weekend. My mom then flew back out on a red eye the following Thursday. I thought I found my dream dress at another bridal shop an hour outside Atlanta, but it wasn’t the one. So with only one other appointment for the weekend while my mom was in town, we were leaving Roswell after having breakfast, and I decided to check the nearest bridal shop and see if there were any appointments available… on a Saturday! Sure enough Winnie had a 10:00 appointment, and I booked it in the car at 9:16am. My mom and I went home, got cute, and headed their way! From the moment we walked in it felt super homey and all the girls were so sweet. We were offered champs and we let the shipping begin! Krystal listened to my vision and what I wanted and pulled some looks. She pulled a dress and my immediate response was like, no. Girl I’d never wear that. Lol. She goes just humor me. Sure enough. It was the first dress I tried on and I walked out and my mom and I both made this look like… what’s happening?! Haha. I continued to try on other dresses but kept thinking about the first one. I eventually put on the first one again, and just knew it was the one!! The girls really worked with us, went above and beyond to try and help with the budget, and I couldn’t be more happy or thankful. It truly was a great experience and I really love my dress! I can’t wait to wear it in less than a year! The girls at Winnie, especially Krystal and Chandler were such a huge help. Krystal was full of energy and was really supportive and made me feel comfortable in all the dresses. She was encouraging and we had so much fun! Thank you ladies!

My Winnie Couture experience was exceptional because of the wonderful attention Chandler Pennington put into making sure she knew me and understood my needs/wants. During our talks before my appointment I expressed that I have had a hard time finding the right dress and Chandler reassured me that the dress will find me and once I have the dress the rest of the wedding design and etc. will become more clear. Boy was she was so right. At the time of my appointment Chandler and her team Joi greeted me and my party and offered us champagne and or water. Chandler took out the time to give us the history of Winnie Couture and how the dresses are different from others, which we appreciated. She and I then went though the dresses to select those for me to try on. There was one dress she pointed out I thought it was nice but not sure it was me but I took it anyway. The first dress I tried on we all thought was for sure the IT dress. Chandler said lets try on one more just to be sure. So I put on the one that was different from the rest and needless to say I said “Yes to the dress”! Chandler then had me close my eyes because she wanted to add the veil. Once I open my eyes all I could say was “WOW” and then tears of joy. She had me and the rest of my party in eyes. All I could do was hug her and thank her! The dress indeed found me. If you want to be treated like a Queen and have someone listen to you and understand your needs/wants please go to Winnie Couture there is no other place like it. The dresses are beautiful and the staff is very friendly, professional, informative, and supportive. I can’t say more about the wonderful attention to details Chandler provided to me and my party!

I had a luxurious experience at Winnie Couture! My bridal party and I were given champagne as we browsed. Krystal was my stylist and was wonderful in helping me at my bridal appointment. I had gone to one bridal shop right before Winnie Couture and I couldn’t find the perfect dress. As soon as I stepped inside Winnie Couture, I could tell I would be walking out with my dress! Krystal was patient with me and was very accommodating. She was also very relatable. She gave me a full experience by giving me a history of the store and business and suggesting dresses for me to try on based off my preferences. She helped with pairing different accessories with my dress so I could get a more realistic view of my wedding day. In the end, I was able to find my dream dress thanks to her expertise!

I am officially a Winnie Bride! I said yes to the dress yesterday and the experience was everything that I’d imagined. Krystal was my bridal stylist and she exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the care that she provided and that I received from some of the other bridal consultants. They were professional, great listeners, had great personalities, experts and real. Essentially everything that you’d want in a bridal stylist. Krystal set the tone from the beginning. She was so excited to help me when I arrived that she made me excited. She truly provided a top tier experience. She hyped me up and the everyone else followed suit. I always admire women who know how to uplift and celebrate other women, and make them feel special. I will always remember my experience there. Thank you ladies for everything! Shout to Kendra and Joy as well. Everyone was so authentic and so sweet! If you’re thinking about where to find your dress and you want a luxurious, couture experience, I’d start with Winnie. The dresses are absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Winnie & Krystal!!

I never would had thought I would find my dream wedding dress on my first day of shopping! Chandler made my experience soooo memorable! From the greeting at the door, the communication, the care, the hospitality and the list goes on! I’m amazed how she had “The dress” ready for me before I even got there! Thank you soo much for taking care of me and my bridal party! I’m so excited for my big day!

Winnie's was a fun and exciting visit!! Chandler was super helpful and welcoming. I gave her my ideas and what I wanted to see, and she had a few already picked out for me. Chandler was helpful and encouraging throughout my appointment; the whole process went great. The options in styles available were great to see. Chandler's experience definitely showed through in what she showed and recommended for me based on what I liked and wanted.
