My phone screen wasn’t working so I went to the location on W. Craig. Edwin the District Manager was amazing. He was able to fix my phone very fast. I highly recommend going to see him if you’re having trouble with your phone.

This place really came through right now I needed a phone cord and gave me a $5 and it was a factory cord which is always nice Definitely a local business I would support if I lived around here

sorry for the late review but these people are amazing i love the work the did on my phone which was a whole screen replacement and more i am sure they even took care of me on my front facing camera which wasnt in the repair at all but broke when they were fixing the screen and got my one anyways this is the best shop i have been to fairly priced and nice work done and they gave me a screen protector love this shop i will be going to them again if i need work done on my phone great shop great people great work thank you guys again

5 Star service. Brian is an absolute genius. I walked into the Craig/Jones location a nervous wreck-thinking I couldn't do a smart switch with 2 phones. Brian did the transfer flawlessly!
