Much better service, but still expect to see an overload near noon and afterwards - especially the beginning or end of the week. If two people are at your window, one is being trained, and the "trainer" may not be as polite as you'd expect. At least, that was my experience with a younger female training another one; "authority" sometimes does that to some individuals, and they forget they're actually paid by you.

Earlier this week, my husband and I went to this office to deal with necessary paperwork for our new vehicle. We were served with professionalism, care, concern, and competence by Cheryl, who went the extra mile and even spoke to the car dealership on our cell phone in order to straighten out some confusion on their part. Despite the confusion of the situation she remained calm, polite and used her sense of humor to make the situation more tolerable for us. She also appropriately sought verification from her co-worker so that she -- and we -- were assured that we were doing things correctly. I hope that whoever reads this review will pass along to Cheryl and her supervisor what a great experience she provided and how well we felt we were treated. Thank you so much, Chery!

10 years ago I hated this place, but with the new set up ....I get in and out in like 10 minutes,and the employees seem happier now too. Good job
