I have been in contact with specific Officials of the Wisconsin Health Department in Madison, Wisconsin via US Mail, Email, and Telephone for over a year, and requested assistance from Governor Evers' Office, to make formal complaints with significant proofs submitted regarding major insurers such as United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield Anthem and BCBS of Illinois, Children's Community Health Plan CCHP, Independent Health Care Plan AKA I-care, failing to pay for medicaid and/or medicare services and commercial plans for their covered members and/or taking eggregiously long periods of time and creating bureaucratic hurdles to avoid paying the Providers on their panels. I have contacted CMS and sent proofs as well to no avail. The members supposedly covered by these plans gravely suffer the consequences and so do Providers. Though I still await resolution as a female-owned, minority health care private practice, I remain hopeful that those who want and need particular health services will be able to access and complete service through their insurance and that they won't be redirected because of nonpayment to more favored or preferred entities than what they have personally selected. I hope that our Health Care Officials will be minding the store and executing their duties with greater officious honor and integrity in 2023.
I was talked to rudely today because I'm waiting on disability she said your not disabled then that lady transferred me to Misty who was much nicer to talk to Talk about judgement she isn't doing her job very well.
The last report I saw that Wisconsin was ranked 48 th as far as distribution of the Vaccine. The State is doing a poor job of getting the vaccine out. Consumer confidence is not going to be restored until a majority of the people get it. It is very disappointing to hear these people give their little Press report almost daily and just give out excuses. Get to work and get it done!! We are tired of the excuses!!
I call to address a civil rights complaint. I then learn the many options provided that I am certain they will say is because they receive a call from many individuals that should be in contact with other local state agencies. Common rebuttal . Then I final select what I believe is the appropriate selection. Only to be told by the receptionist to option #4 that I would call the human resource department first. I convey to her that I have tried to communicate a complaint to the appropriate personnel at Stoughton Hospital. One manager allege a conversation that the inappropriate doctor claims an examination was given while I set on my walker with a seat.Then another manager reach out by phone and letter to extend what I thought was a means to resolve my complaint only to disclose in the end that my characterization of the events may o may not conclude with a change in what is currently documented by the doctor for visit. It is 12/13/2013 and not much will be resolved on the remaining of these holiday season.
They do not respond to serious issues that Froedtert in Kenosha has had with their computer conversion. Serious errors to medical records occurred when they converted and my records were a mess! Safety issue!!!!
