We had an excellent experience with 24HR Home Comfort Services. Jeremy and Adam installed a new furnace and AC system and were outstanding. Their professionalism and efficiency were greatly appreciated. Evan K, who sold us the system, explained all options thoroughly and answered all questions. They all did an exceptional job and we would highly recommend them.

From start to finish my project was handled with excellent professionalism and respect. The salesman was great and the installation team went above and beyond what was expected to ensure our satisfaction. Will continue to use this company on any future projects as well as recommend them to others.

I love the fact that they take the time, to not only ask what the issue is, but inspecting everything else, telling you what to expect, while showing you what they are looking at. They give you options, for you to decide what YOU, as a customer, want! Very professional and respectful! I called them, not knowing what to expect, but they surprised me, by being so courteous! I am very happy with them, learned a lot, and will from now on, be using them! Thank you so much!

Service was very good. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. But the cost was very high. $334 service fee for less than 1 hour on-site. $94 diagnostic fee that took 10 minutes to confirm refrigerant was low. Another $89 setup fee for Freon even though the diagnostic already included connecting the Freon kit to the outside condenser. Then another $151 to spend 10 min to try search for a leak that found the needle valve leaking that was connected to the Freon connections.

My last review was on the maintenance of our old furnace. In the mean time, we had a new one installed, which the two service guys were great!! Very clean and respectful!!! New equipment works like a dream. To follow that up, we also had a cleaning of the ducks. Once again the two service guys were great, knowledgeable and explained the process of what was going to take place. So, once again the services were great all around. Nice work!!!!
