Wise Company

I received a free dinner of Creamy Pasta & Vegetable Rotini. I was pleasantly surprised upon opening the pkg and very quickly having a tasteful and appealing dinner. I would recommend the Wise brand to anyone looking to prepare for disaster or out-in-the-wilderness cooking. In just a couple minutes you have a ready and filling meal fit for anyone.

Their product is great. If they actually ship it to you. Like some of the other posts I have read, I ordered some of their products that were all listed as in stock. This unfortunately was not the actual case with any of the products I ordered from them. They make no effort to tell you the items you are ordering are back ordered until after you have paid. That is right. They take your money up front then tell you it is back ordered and then don't supply the product. In my case for over a month now and counting. Like similar posts they keep telling me it will be next week, next week, etc. They have a canned response as they don't even ask you for any order information or anything. They simply tell you will be shipping next week. So you call week after week waiting for your product and not getting it. The entire time they have your money already. The term fraudulent comes to mind when I think of them. Also, morally bankrupt. If your products are taking a while to manufacture you tell the customer up front, take the order and then charge the customer only AFTER you have actually shipped the product. Disappointing to say the least.

Received a shipment of Wise food that was not ordered. Immediately contacted Wise to report the fraud and to return the food, unopened and unused. Also contacted the credit card issuing company and immediately disputed the claim and the charge. Food is returned and all is assumed to be resolved. Then one-month later, my bank informs me Wise is claiming I did order the food and the back pack, and that unless I can prove otherwise, I will be billed $430 for items I never ordered and that I returned unopened and unused. The survival backpack was never even shipped, but Wise is charging me anyways.

Works well. Could check on the dogs while away and hear my brother when he went into feed them. Couldn't talk to him through the camera which I thought was supposed to work but had never tried so I might have to change a setting or maybe it doesn't do that. I don't remember.

Order that I received is packaged really nice, no visible issues. I have not tried it yet but if it is as good as the sample I got, there should be no issues when I do fix the meals. Long term storage does not lend itself to immediate reviews.
