Well first of all when calling to make an appointment Lisa isn't very friendly over the phone. Then I'm told they have been trying to contact for the past few weeks, and so called left me voicemails. The first voice mail I received was today. Maybe a little customer service would help. I may just be looking for a new dr. Patients should NOT be treated this way!!

I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 with them it's the last appointment. I need to see a doctor asap and they gave me the next appointment possible but failed to mention that I had to be at my appointment 15 minutes prior which I found out when their very rude receptionist called me to confirm the appointment and let me know if I am not at the appointment 15 prior they will not see me then what is the point of giving me an appointment for 3:30 it should have been at 3:15 so I could make arrangements at work as I did for the 3:30 appointment so I cancelled and have scheduled a new appointment with another office they really need new help in the office the phone person is really rude and not helpful to bad I heard good things about the doctor but if you treat the patient rude before the appointment how will it be at the actual office ladies there are other obgyn out there don't waste your time especially if you are time sensitive
