The office was very clean and attractive. After signing in, I was efficiently checked in and soon called back. My procedures were handled by professional, caring technicians who were concerned about my comfort. My overall experience was very positive and I would enthusiastically recommend this office.

The entire staff, from the front desk to my technician, were extremely kind, caring, and welcoming. They make the entire experience of getting a mammogram as comfortable and stress-free as possible. This is the only place I have ever gone for my mammogram, and I highly recommend this center. In addition, I received my results in a timely manner in an easy-to-understand format.

From the time I walked in the door until the time I left everyone was very professional and engaged with each patient. Each representative asked how are we doing my technician Tammy was kind and gentle explained each step she was taking with the X-rays and made sure they were all clear and readable before letting me walk out the room she said I don’t want you to leave to only have to come back. Also Candice very professional and making sure all the paperwork was filled out correctly. I love the Omega Office location been going there for years and yes the reminder text keeps me on track. Easy to make appointment. There was barely a wait. Office staff was wonderful and very helpful. I got lost and went to wrong address, they gave me correct address and assured I would still make my appointment. Technician was really awesome! Highly recommend!!

I love the Womens Imaging Center in Newark Delaware. The staff is always friendly and very professional. I’ve been coming here for the past five years and the service has always been impeccable. I highly recommend this site to all women in Delaware for there imaging needs. Great job ladies!!

I was highly disappointed in the amount of time it took to get my mammogram this time! My appointment was at 12:45pm & I had to wait outside in my car, because the waiting room was so full, that I wasn’t comfortable waiting in there. Very unsafe & there were several people not wearing their masks properly & none of the Staff members advised them to adjust or even put their mask on properly! I did not receive my mammogram until 2:20pm! Apparently someone didn’t get the scheduling right on 11/08/2022! All Staff members were kind & kept apologizing, but some women were very, annoyed & tried to leave! I was notified by text, when they were ready for me to come inside to finish registering! While inside to register, one person took my payment, then she was asked to help another staff person with a computer entry, which then took 10 minutes of my time! I then stayed in the half full front waiting area, because they said I would be next. Finally about 10 more minutes I was taken to the changing room, & waited in there with 4 to 5 women for another 20 minutes!! I was advised by the front desk staff member that I might want to book a very early morning appointment7:30am or a 4:00pm appointment to avoid the long wait! WHAT!!! NO the SCHEDULERS, should be scheduling clients BETTER!! Ridiculous!! Again, I appreciate the kindness of the Staff Members!

The experience was great. Minimal wait, very clean, efficient and friendly. Would have given them 5 stars if I could get my results immediately.

Very pleasant experience. I was greeted as I entered the office. Taken right away to finish paperwork. Called before my scheduled appointment. Very professional and I was told about the procedure and what to expect. I would definitely go back to the Omega site and I highly recommend the staff at this site.

Check in was easy. Everyone from the reception desk to the technicians we polite, professional and made me feel very comfortable. They kept me informed each step of my 3 tests. Thank you!!
