Woodstock Line Co

I normally never leave reviews, but I was so appalled by the treatment I received over the phone from the women that answered that I felt obliged to. The other review's indicated that she was rude, but I didn't appreciate how accurate they were by saying that. It's a shame given the product they produce, but their customer support alone is worth finding another vendor.

They had the rudest woman answering the phone. She said she "was not interested in doing business with me", since one of my coworkers asked her for pricing and did not order. There is many other companies out there with the same products and its not worth the hassle to deal with this woman.

I will never buy anything from this company! I am a professional sportfishing captain, I fish Billfish Tournaments. I needed to know the diameter Woodstock Line Co's I.G.F.A. rated Dacron (which is not listed on there website at the time I am writing this review) So I called to inquire, an EXTREMELY RUDE Woman answered the phone. Was aggravated by the fact I was asking about the diameter of her product. Did not answer my question, and said, "Im busy, I can't talk to you right now" and then rudely hung up the phone. Terrible customer service! I can only assume with the level of rudeness I received for this woman she must the be owner or the wife of the owner. A regular employee would be FIRED for treating a potential customer the way I was treated.
