A terrible agency. My partner has had 2 claims. We are millennials and we support our own household. During the first case of a head injury, they got our address wrong and we waited 2 months calling and calling without any pay. With increasing rent prices and bills. We hardly got by. We had to pick up the checks ourselves. Then, with his second case, his case manager hasn't even contacted him. It's been a month. We've called about 6 times. It took 3 weeks to process the claim if he was even eligible. They approved his claim. Thank God. But no pay in a month. Let's just run some numbers.. rent is 600 each for us. Plus hydro. 50 dollars. Plus internet. 50 dollars. Plus food 200 a month for 2 people. Plus gas money to get to work. 200 a month. Plus car payments 300 a month. Plus food for the dogs 50 a month. Plus student loans. Can only get by paying 40 a month. Total expenses is 1490 dollars. And they cant pay you for a whole damn month? How do they expect us to live? We literally do nothing socially. Dont eat out. We cant afford it. And when wsib cant scen give you straight answers you cant live your life. Its stressful. Its horrible. It's the worst company ever. I dont understand how they are an organization. Whenever you call you constantly leave messages for nobody to follow up. Do these people not understand they have peoples livelihoods at stake? So shameful. I cannot believe this company exists. And how terrible they are at their jobs.

Terrible place. Had an injury take place at work was denied because my manager said it didn't take place at work. Appealed it and won, only received 2weeks of missed pay yet I was off for months.I tried to get reimbursement for additional lost time thats when my new caseworker told me if I didn't agree to see a specialist and do physio my case would be closed I don't understand why ive proven it took place at work I have multiple mri's that show theres an issue and I had no prior history. So thats fine even though I already seen a specialist and a chiropractor for multiple sessions that did nothing I agree to this because I didn't want my file closed. See a specialist for the second time he suggests physio and that I work select days not full time, return home to find out my caseworker is telling my human resources I'm capable of working full time yet I literally just left the hospital and the specialist said no and where does this physio come into play when your saying I can work full time. I'm so lost this caseworker is telling me to do one thing then telling my hr another without addressing me. I was scheduled to return to work and do physio but now I cannot because she is saying I can work full time. Very corrupt place this has been a process going on for 2years now ive wanted to give up a few times already because they've wasted so much of my time for nothing. Hours sitting in doctors offices, hours sitting in hosptials, hours on the phone, hospital parking, fuctional ability forms just overall a nightmare. Thanks wsib for your pleasant experience.

I had a cripling work injury and was denied LOE + medical devices + medical services. They were rude and disrespectful and unable to help or provide basic coverage that was documented and medically warranted. They are a horrible organization that denies services to those that desperstely need them. They should not be allowed to operate like this, it is unacceptable .

I had given the case manager all my paperwork from my doctor and the health clinic and about a week and a half later they denied me like I was worth nothing to them! They are so cruel!!! Complete waste of time, would not recommend at all.

Nazis, I get my leg gets broken in 15 places, I get told "I only had a broken leg, get over it", yes, I was dragged under a train, but, I am supposed to just get over it... you know, just leave them alone....
