Nicole was wonderful helping us decide the best way to spend our vacation budget for the year. Very excited for our trip. She also helped on another issue that was not her responsibility. So far a great experience!

Terrible Customer Service. Marty never does what she says. I thought paying so much over the internet booking price would be for customer service on this once in a lifetime trip. Save your money! 3 times the cost-FOR NOTHING.

I called and asked for information on flights, hotels, tickets,etc.to Hershey and Philadelphia,PA. I was supposed to receive an email the next day after lunch to compare prices of different options available. Never received the email. Called she was away from her desk and then she as told she was out of the office. When I explained why I did not want to leave a voicemail all that I was told was I understand.

We are puzzled by Heather Jain's review as we sent information by email and reviewed pricing directly by phone. We would very much like to assist in coordinating travel for Heather and regret her lack of satisfaction.
