I saw Dr.Serrano in the Physician's Center and his expertise and knowledge blew me away, he gave me advice on how to take care of myself since I have a VP Shunt in my head, and when I had my first MRI and X-ray they took me in right away. Big hospital, lots of doctors and excellent staffing I must say. And the best part about it is, THERE'S A STARBUCKS IN THE HOSPITAL AND THEY ALSO DO VALLET PARKING! Impressive. :) Love WVU Children's.
