The apartments look wonderful on Google images but unfortunately I can't seem to get in contact with anyone regarding how to tour any of the apartments. I've left voice-mails, emailed, and applied on the website and it's been weeks. I'd be so excited and thrilled to get an opportunity to view them but instead I'm just really disappointed that I've been completely ignored.
Does this place even really exist? Is it a front for something? Emails, phone calls, applications, etc all lead to nothing. Voicemail box full. It’s been weeks of either myself or my roommate trying to reach this place. We even went to the leasing office during operating hours - door locked, lights off. We tried to call the number the property manager left on a previous review… nothing. I ask again…. Is this even a real complex?! Do people live here?!
I lived here for 2 years. I got a small little efficiency Studio like place it had one area for living and kitchen and another little kind of Nook for a full size bedroom area that I put a curtain in front of. You can't beat the price and it was in a great location. I never had issues with pests. One day something happened with the neighbors water heater and the carpet was wet but they brought in industrial-sized fans to dry them. It was an inconvenience but they dealt with it. You will have the opportunity to walk to all the hot spots in Hampden. And when you walk out of the door you see a bunch of green trees. It is very refreshing. 83 is close by. Parking is usually good and they give you a parking pass. If you are a budget shopper ask about their efficiency Studios. They are very affordable in my experience. Would highly recommend!
Made me filled out the application45 dollars but got no response. Going 3 weeks now. Please don’t apply .
I lived in Wyman Court Apartments for 4.5 years. I loved every single day of living there. The community is very quiet and calm. Yet it is close to the 36 St also known as The Avenue where there are a lot of bars and restaurants. Also it is right across from the Wyman park and a nice trail. There is a dog park within 2 minutes from the apartments which made it really easy for us to keep our puppy entertained. The manager, Chenesse, and the maintenance staff, Shonda, were very helpful in resolving any issues we had.
This was a fantastic place to live, although management seemed to be undergoing many changes while I was there. If there were ever maintenance problems, they were fixed within a day. Very clean apartments and plenty of space - big walk-in closets! Laundry onsite, parking was ALWAYS available. I couldn't have asked for more for my money.
Lived here for a year and thoroughly enjoyed my time. Chenesse in the front office is friendly and very easy to deal with. She was always responsive to any questions/concerns I had and treated me with respect. The space was clean and quiet in a nice part of Hampden, right across from a park/nature area. They just did some renovations over there and it's growing into a really nice space to hang out/run/ride a bike. Very close to the Ave as well so food/drinks/entertainment are just a short walk away. Also a big shout out to Shonda the maintenance lady for always having a smile on her face and genuinely caring about the residents. This place definitely felt like a home and that's largely thanks to these two ladies. Keep up the good work!
The office manager is ugly. She told us to send the security deposit in two weeks when I moved out. But after a month she told us that we need to wait for 45 days. Also it took a while to fix air and other stuff.
