I think I saw a snail in the parking lot move fsster than the employee's who work here. 2.5 hrs to wait to be able to transfer a driver's licencse over.

I find it absolutely ridiculous that the womans restroom doesnt have a baby changing table! Very very irritating! So moms hopefully your baby dont need changed while your waiting in line for hours just to get told "oh we dont do that here." Yea DMV is a headache bring some asprin!

They increase the rates exponentially yet cannot provide a full staff. 30 people waiting with 2 drivers services employees running the show alone. Why do you need more money to have less staff.  Ridiculous

Needs efficiency. Needs more staff. Very slow. The employees have no sense of urgency.

Took a drivers licence  test and was out of there in less  then a hour with my licence in hand and test complete .
