Excel energy did not transfer the bill into my name when I moved into my residence...April 2nd they discontinued the service due to lack of payment from the gentleman that lived at the home prior to me...when I called to start it they added me as a roommate and wants me to pay the back payment before starting it back up...I have a 14 month old child it is snowing 25 degrees outside and there representative told me that it is not an emergency and to take my daughter to a homeless shelter!!!

WORST ELECTRIC COMPANY EVER. They have the worst rates and customer service is POOR! If you can avoid using their services I would!
