Xfinity Store by Comcast

Absolutely horrific customer service rep. She couldn't access her system, kept complaining about "how she's losing money ". I had to leave and will never go back. Horrible service

The customer service here was amazing.

Dealing with comcast over the phone was a nightmare and ended up with having to go to the store in person. The hassle I had been dealing with for over a week was competently and quickly handled by the very friendly associate.

Xfinity store has moved.it very hard to tell where.they do not answer their phone and they did not leave clear enough directions on their closed store window.the internet info is very out dated,too .
