I travel for work, which makes me miss time with my wife and family. I like to bring random gifts home to my wife. I stopped in and Erica and Martha were a great help in picking out some face treatment masks that my wife can use to relax. When I tried to tip them for their help, they wouldn’t even accept the tip and said it was their job to help. This level of customer service is what keeps businesses flourishing. Keep up the great work ladies. God bless!!
As a travelling professional I extremely loved the experience at this location. After a 3 day weekend of conferences and meetings. It was the exact thing I needed to relax before boarding my flight. The team was professional, the masseuse was experienced, the Black massage chair is amazing. Had me breathing hard not snoring as if I was floating. I challenge everyone to take the experience.
If you haven’t had a massage by Mr.Henry, you’re definitely missing out. He gave me the absolute BEST massage of my life! He was efficient in highlighting my tense spots, and applied pressure when needed. I received the neck and back massage for $45/15min. They also have a 20% military discount, which is a plus. Clean and friendly environment. 10/10 highly recommend! If you’re between flights and need to release stress, you won’t regret spending your money here!
I asked for no gel, but they used it anyways. Ruined my nails. Also, the lady didn't speak very good English so it was very hard to talk while it was getting done. She was very nice though.
I unexpectedly had a really long layover and I was so happy to find XpresSpa next to Starbucks at gate 45. You can choose from back massage or foot massage. $55 for 20 minutes. It’s worth it when traveling. And Henry was great. He got the knots out of my shoulders.
Arrived early for my flight. Nail tech was out but was able to get a 30 minute neck and back massage that was so relaxing prior to travel. They had a talented and fun team working!!
Nail tech had an “emergency” couldn’t get a pedicure. Seeing this happens a lot from other reviews… maybe have more than one nail tech?
I had quite a long layover in the Houston airport and decided to get a foot massage. The staff was so polite and professional. The massage was amazing! Would highly recommend.
Great experience here. The online booking isn’t very easy IMO but otherwise the staff is really friendly!
I had a long two weeks of traveling out of the country. After doing a lot of walking, I wanted a very relaxing foot massage and stopped here for a 20 minute session in the airport. That was the best 20 minutes of relaxation and tension relief I could have ever asked for. Chloe was my tech and she did an amazing job! She was very friendly and asked for my preference of pressure. I would definitely ask for Chloe again. The spa has a massaging chair that you sit in while receiving your foot massage. The atmosphere is quiet. So the entire experience was wonderful. I definitely recommend this place if you're catching a flight.
