Have scheduled here many times. Every therapist has been friendly, knowledgeable, and completely professional. The facility is exceptionally clean. Never hesitate to recommend Ya Mei to clients, and friends alike.

I’ve been here several times but I have never been treated anywhere else like here before. Today was my last time coming here. First I was asked to pay upfront this never happened before I agreed I didn’t care I needed the massage. When I was done I told her to break a 20 for 2 $10 she looked at me as I was offending her. She told me that I should tip her 20 percent. I told her I was tipping her almost 20 percent it was a $60 service it was more than 15% she told Me it was ok this time but next time I needed to tip her more. I told her I won’t be coming back again. I just can’t believe that. I work in the service industry and I have never begged for a tip and never had someone acting like this over an almost 17% tip.

Went in for massage. They didn’t ask me how how of a pressure I wanted it or communicate with me at all. A young women just took me back and started to work on me. I told her I was in pain multiple times. I had to stop the massage. She literally just put her whole body weight on me. I did not enjoy the experience. And I requested a 50 min massage she stopped at 50 min. I showed her my Uber drop off wasn’t until 45 min ago her and an older woman began to yell. Then they tried to lock me in to make sure I paid. I told them I feel worse than before and You can’t lock anyone in a store because it’sa safety hazard. I refused to pay because during the whole message I communicated my discomfort and am upset I spent money on an Uber there.

Awesome experience! They were able to take me right away as a walk-in. There was peaceful music and relaxing lighting. My masseuse gave me exactly the massage I was looking for to fix the pain in my shoulder. They used hot stones oils/lotion. The place is clean and calming, and I will definitely go back!

As a frequent visitor to Ya Mei Spa, I am very satisfied with their service. The store environment is very good, clean and tidy. The masseur always shows the best and most professional service. Especially Deep Tissu Massage is a massage technique I really like. The masseur is skilled, calm and powerful, and massages every body joint in place. I am very happy!

I returned for another massage as i was in town for business again, this treat have become a routine for me to stop by, and I was please with the 60- Minute Deep Tissue Massage. their business is to make sure that all my tense spots were worked on and I appreciated that. I was totally relaxed and impressed by the pressure, the staffs are able to use and took their time - I didn't feel rushed. I was glad to to return and see the staff have maintained their friendly dispositions and the quality of service is stellar - especially for the prices! Great experience and I do recommend this to others!

I came to the spa without an appointment on a weekday and was directed to a private room immediately. There is only a curtain between guests and the hallway and the walls aren't closed off at the top. The result is that you can hear people come in, the staff speaking to each other and other guests near you. A woman started massaging me first, but then stepped out to help another guest and asked me if I wouldn't mind switching. I obliged but was slightly annoyed to be interrupted mid-service. In any case, the new person went longer than my original 60 minutes so it was worth the interruption. The music was nice and the massage was great. The price is on point! The only thing to keep in mind is that it is not as private.

Best massage ever. A lot of skill and effort goes into the massage and they ladies there are lovely- very professional but friendly. The prices are very reasonable. I liked the music that was playing too.
