Yassou

New Greek spot in Arlington Heights replacing the old Capri Pizza. Went here on day and picked some food up for home. Overall, it was tasty and authentic Greek we got 2 gyros and fries but the portions were on the smaller side. I think they need to smooth things out but I will definitely be back as it was great Greek food!

The best Greek food I've had in a long time

Yassou has some of the best pizza around with the added bonus of just exquisite greek food and surprisingly piquant flavors! By going to Yassou you are helping out a local business and you get rewarded with delicious food at very affordable prices- why not go!

The pork souvlaki was good but the lamb one had pieces of meat with sinew running through it so that made it impossible to bite into or to digest. I would give them another try as the overall flavour was quite good and seeing as they are a new establishment.

This is a fresh taste. Just when you think you've eaten a slice of every pie, this place opens up. I got word the place was good, and finally stopped by... this gets an easy "yes" vote.

I've been looking for a great Greek place ever since I moved away from my old favorite, and boy have I found it. I've gotten the Gyro, salad, and pizza here and all were very good. The owner and staff are super friendly as well. Definitely give this place a try if you're in the area.
