Northender Italian Kitchen

Cannot say enough wonderful things about the Northender, especially for their catering!! We were hosting a dinner to celebrate the end of the semester for the campus ministry in our church. It was a dinner for 120 college students, and Northender was so incredibly accommodating, flexible and generous with us through the order. They went out of their way to make our abnormally large order happen and I am so grateful! Not only that but everyone at our event commented on how amazing the food was. It’s hard to make large order food taste good but wow, these guys knocked it out of the park. I will be coming back again to keep catering from Northender, I can’t recommend them enough. The students felt the same!

Small place but fresh food and great people. Was getting food and had to wait a couple mins and all the guys were great had a awesome talk with them. Deff a place to go.Food: 5/5

Not the best photo of the pizza this is the last box left!! I was at work looking for pizza shops near by on line and I thank god I found this one.. Ordered pizzas and chicken wings, the food was hot and fresh, taste Great. This restaurant will now be one of my favorite pizza places can’t wait to order for my family . Awesome costumer service as well!!

Another great find via google search. Pleasant staff with very tasty food. I had chicken cacciatore that had a very nice taste with a little heat. My wife had the vegetarian calzone that she enjoyed. The food arrived nice and hot to our table. Nice neighborhood restaurant. Highly suggest if you are in the area. Back again. Having soup special and take out pizza.

We ordered 4 pasta dishes and they were just ok. Sauce was decent but the pasta was too chewy for my taste and my husband's were undercooked. The lasagne has a very heavy wine taste. The restaurant was not really air conditioned and when it's 90 F out it's not that enjoyable. They gave us complimentary cheese bread which was very nice. The portion was really big, we could only finish about 1/3 of our plates.

Ordered online and the food was ready on time. Staff was friendly. We had 3 of their pasta dishes but they were generally too salty and mediocre. Can't recommend it. Perhaps pizza and subs are better Update: the owner reached out to me and offered an explanation. Adding a star for that and will try the food again sometime

Chicken parm sub is amazing! Just like my Italian grandma’s breaded chicken, thrown into a spectacular bread bun. Cant stop coming back for more.

The pizza at this Italian restaurant is wonderful and they are very accommodating for splitting pizza in half with different toppings on either side. My whole family enjoys the food and it's one of my favorite take-out places in town.

Large cheese pizza was large! Filled the box. The crust was good but could use a little more crispy. The sauce is a little sweet though. Overall it was alright.

Excellent food! We got the Pasta Fagioli soup, a Cheese Steak Sub with peppers & onions and Chicken Broccoli Alfredo. Everything exceeded our expectations and were very delicious. Still piping hot when we arrived home. The soup could be a meal on its own; beans. pasta tomato base with a great smoky taste from bacon. Looking forward to trying their pizza and other menu items!
