Yellow Cab

I had reserved a ride with yellow Cab in Phoenix to be picked up at my hotel in Scottsdale and taken to the Amtrak station in Maricopa. At 3 am I began callinyellow to say the train was delayed but no one answered. When I finally reached an operator it was 4:15 , I gave my reservation number and said please pick me up at 5:15. When I got downstairs it was already 5 :20 and there was no cab. Called office again was told it would be another12 to 15 minutes. Finally a driver called, he had gone to the wrong address. My hot front desk person called him and told him how to get to my address. Then hotel person helped me load. And the driver in car #1012 said now relax I live here I know where I'm going and promptly headed the wrong direction again into a place that said NO EXIT. Yes, but I can read signs I replied. Finally we got to yhe station in Maricopa and fortunately I had time regroup a bit before the train came. I have more than one disability and one of them is a hand disability so I could not insert my chip card. Plus the diver wasn't ready. I was already in ghe station when Finally he brought my card back to me. Fortunately the train was even later. I would have called Uber but can't deal with apps. La

Called the night before to be picked up at the hotel and taken to airport. They never showed or called. Take Uber instead.

These guys are awesome. Took care of me right away. Thanks to the meter crew.
