Yellow Cab Utah

Had a bad experience today with our driver, cab 69 on 9/1/22. Our hotel let us know that they would be paying for our cab since their shuttle was not running. We booked the taxi at the airport and let the man at the counter know that the hotel was paying it. The cab driver got us to our hotel and when we got out of the car he stared at us, like he was waiting for payment. We let him know the hotel was paying for it and he told us the hotel only pays half and we need to pay the rest of the fare. We were confused so we started walking into the hotel, so we could ask the front desk for clarification. As we were walking in, he tried to change his story and say the hotel doesn’t pay for the tip. He talked to the lady at the front desk and then immediately started walking out. We did not tip him because his story changed and he seemed very dishonest about the situation. Would not recommend this company whatsoever.

Complete sham business. They claim "Never a Surge, and Cheaper by the Mile" but at the airport they claimed they didn't have to use the meter and wouldn't. The cab driver made up a price that was basically the same as Uber. Why would anyone wait in line in the cold to get the same price as Uber. There is a special place in hell for these people.Service: Limousines

Online reservation didn’t work. Surly phone guy was noncommittal about getting a cab to me. Almost missed my flight. Another service rescued me, thank goodness.

The response to pick me up at the bank was good, the driver was friendly, and gracious enough to make two other stops for me, then dropped me at my final destination without robbing me financially.

yellow cab 74 is a good and kind driver, his car is very clean, brand new car and he is very polite, we had a good conversation, he really made me like to take yellow cab all the time, he took me home for a very low price.

The dispatcher remembers you, drivers are prompt and friendly. They also take the most direct route-no meter gouging.

You know there I was , in need of a ride.. Ride less.. No wheels they call it. Bank card unavailable.. Called up Yellow cab of course they answer!, sending a cab be there in 10 min! What!! I use them everytime now!!

Waited 4 hours after having surgery. The driver was high, looking at his phone the whole time and swerving between lanes. Scheduled early in the day for an afternoon fill up appointment. Even after multiple calls, the driver never showed. Management will not return calls.

Took a cab and agreed a $35 fare from the airport. When I arrived, the driver who's lived here 25 years charged the fare to $52 dollars and locked the doors til the new fare was paid. I said he couldn't just change the fare when he wanted to. Cab number 67.

Some friends and I were at Lucky's store after purchasing quite a bit of groceries. After waiting awhile for Ute Cab to pick us up. We eventually called Yellow Cab around for a ride to return home. After waiting about half an hour our cab arrived, and the driver was very courteous. Besides a longer than anticipated wait time, I have no complaints. Most drivers are pretty awesome in my experience. I almost always end up tipping around $10 to $15, because of how out of the way and how short some of my trips are. Beats the bus. Good job Yellow Cab!
