YoLo Frozen Yogurt

Wonderful place to come grab an after school/work treat with the kids! They have 9 machines and so many toppings- its always hard to choose. I get something new almost every time I come in. They also have more sugar free options than other yogurt places. We love YOLO!

Young teenager running the store by herself. She never greeted us. Never looked up at us. We couldn't get the chocolate to dispense. We told her it didn't work. She replied yes it does. We tried again. She didn't even respond the 2nd time. She had her nose in her cell phone the entire time we were there. I went back later to complain to a manager and was told that a manager never works at the store. That someone Owns the store and is reachable by phone. Of course this person didn't answer. I was met with attitude and horrible customer service. I can not believe that there is never a supervisor in this store as the young employee informed me. And I am pissed that she is left there alone to do as she pleases. This young lady is being done a disservice by not having anyone teach her about work ethic and integrity. And she could have cared less that I was upset with her being on her phone. Never going back. Ever. And I hope no one else goes either

My husband and I went to YoLo last night and loved it! They had many flavors and toppings to choose from and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back!
