I disagree with the curmudgeons who poo pooed these amazing people. I am a heart patient with over 17 stents and sleep is extremely important to me. First of all, Dawn and the staff here have been nothing but helpful. I have severe apnea, and have had issues with the masks...yorhom has switched masks for me twice until I was able to get one that worked. I haven't slept a good night sleep in over twenty years before cpap...I was on depression meds for it..imagine not ever being able to sleep! Now I sleep like a baby, my acid reflux is gone and my depression is gone. Altru and Yorhom hit this one out of the park and improved my quality of life a hundred percent!

Update: Scum. After making payments they sent my bill to Collections. I made a $150 payment and about 10 days later they sent it to Collections. I only owe $150 and I was just about to pay it when I got a late night call. I spent days going back and forth with Yorhom and even though I’m positive they are in the wrong, they won’t pull it back from Collections. What a bunch of vile dirtbags. I’m done with the. I’ll by my thousands in supplies elsewhere. Original: If you want to be sold things you don't need, this is the place to go. When I come here I tell them Exactly what I want/need. When I go to pick it up they slip extra equipment in the bag (that I Don't need/want) and try to send me out the door. Look at your receipt. Don't make a $300 mistake. Also, they charge the full price to your CC before insurance even processes.(they make you sign an agreement) Who has $1,000 just sitting around. When the insurance is going to pay them. Then wait for a month for them to reimburse you????

Got my cpap here and they were all friendly and great

I ordered cpap supplies twice. The first time they sent the wrong mask and the wrong cushion. It took several months and calls to get my account credited. The second time they sent the right mask and the wrong cushion.

Not helpful at all didn't even get the stuff on the prescription from the Dr. They told us to go to Wal-Mart! Are you kidding me??
