A constant tightening of "policies" is making one of the nicest places for studies a much worse experience each time I come back. From the ridiculousness of having to sit in the proper chair for either getting the doses or in line for your skin sites to be scanned(disrupting the order will result in someone asking you to move the extra foot over to the other chair) to waking you up 50-30 minutes early for your blanched sites to be scanned, each monthly visit brings about a new autistic rule or "policy". These "policies" seek to treat you like a 5 year old and hold your hand as if you were not able to remeber the time you were suppose to be scanned. Everything was much better a little over a year ago. They'd personally wake you up 10 minutes prior to the scanning, giving nearly as much time as possible to sleep or do whatever you wanted. It led to more interaction with the staff and a much more friendly atmosphere instead of being treated like a number. Things don't look to be changing for the better so I wont be going here anymore since it's one guard away from becoming the Stanford Prison experiment.

They have improved their food a lot. Pretty easy way to make money. The staff recognizes me and my girlfriend and treats us very well.

Kind, courteous & respectful staff make the inpatient stays as pleasant as they can be. Novum is a great place to make some extra cash in your spare time while also performing a service that benefits others.

Hard to even give this place a one star review. By far the worst place to do a medical study compared to axis and alogorithm!! You have to wear scrubs, eat horrible food, and the staff are very unfriendly. 10/10 would NOT recommend
