HERO, Healthcare Equipment Recycling Organization

I don't normally post reviews but I just wanted to let everyone know what a wonderful company Hero's is. My Cpap Machine stopped working last night & my husband took it into Healthcare Accessories to get it fixed. They let me know that it would have to be sent out to be fixed & would take at least 30days. I would have to pay a fee for a rental because I haven't met my deductible on my insurance & according to insurance companies Cpap Machines are not "Life Essential" Machines (even tho people get them because they stop breathing hundreds of times a night or like me their oxygen drops to the low 30's when sleeping....not sure how not having oxygen to breathe is not a "Life Essential") I did not have the money for the Rental & Hero's so nicely found a machine for me to use. I can't go without one due to the severity of my Sleep Apnea & Hero's was very understanding and extremely easy to work with & willing to help out in my situation. I want to say Thank you to Hero's for helping me in my time of need. They are true blessings
