Pretty standard Mexican food next to a minimart. I ordered 3 sopes. 1 Carne and 2 al pastor. Took about 20 minutes to come out on a not very busy Friday afternoon. It was OK. A bit hard, and the al pastor was just ok. Carne was pretty good. I paid 12 dollars for this. I took 2 home for my kids. The lady working behind the counter was very nice, even boxed up my food with her bare hands..with no gloves.
Tried the quesabirria and the birria ramen, both goat, via Uber eats. Fantastic flavor for both the quesabirria and the ramen, good mix of lean and fatty meat. Good portions. I appreciated the included salsas, chili oil, and generous portions of cilantro/onion/limes on the side. Can't speak to the atmosphere or service yet as I ordered delivery, but I'll definitely be stopping by soon to try more of the menu.
Great little taco place. Only had one problem there, and they were willing to fix my food without hesitation. Little pricey, but worth it!!Food: 5/5
the people who work here are amazing, great customer service. even though it was hard to communicate because of primary language they all showed a smile and tried their best to understand. the food was amazing too!Food: 5/5
The food was good, but I had to send my first plate back because I asked for ground beef due to not having any bottom teeth , and they made it with carne asada. Other than that it was deliciousFood: 5/5
The tacos de chivo were great!! And I don't like goat meat but these were bomb!! There was no place to sit really. We had to share a table with strangers and I'm not apposed to that...it was just awkward. Other than that the food is pretty good and I'm sure we will be back!Food: 4/5
Meat had good flavor what little there was of it. Disappointing.
Love the Oregon burrito and the five rolled tacos..Food: 4/5
I personally really loved the food here, but more than that is the honest and kind staff who work here. I accidentally left my Nintendo switch on the floor under my table when I came here and they were very kind, in that they found my switch, proceeded to hold it and protected it. I appreciate that so much, because I honestly believed my system was gone. Absolutely wonderful!
Pros: - Food is okay. Nothing special. - Quick wait time Cons: - Salsas are all watered down - Prices on menu do not reflect actual prices you will pay - Restaurant is very dirty. Old dirty and pain chipped walls, along with exposed sauces sitting on tables with spoons. - TV they had with music videos was very loud and continuously cuts out. When it cuts out, there is loud static like when we had old style box TVs. My bad experience: I came here and was charged $10 per quesadilla even though the menu said $5. When I asked the guy working there if the $10 charge meant rice and beans were being included since we had asked him about this before He said yes, rice and beans were included. When I got home, there were no rice and beans. I paid $20 for two plain quesadillas even though the menu said they were $5 each. I'm more upset that the employee lied to my face when I asked him about the rice. I even left a cash tip for them before I got my food in hopes of good service. Guy working there was on shift 10/19/22 at around 6:00pm. He was in the store working alone. Overall - 3.8/10 There are way to many better places to visit than here. Salem and Woodburn is packed with amazing Mexican food. Do not recommend.
