Awful place putting appointment to 3.40. Come 20 minut earlier to fill papers and didn't reach doctor even after hour!!! Horrible!

He cares only about money, gives a sh..t about his patients. I lost a loved one due to his treatment.

Visited this office several times. Very unprofessional! The doctor is always late. His workers are all unpleasant, never apologies or offers a reason for his latenesses. They're always over booked. Patients are often standing for long periods of a time. Would not recommend this place!

Rude and rushes you. Don't care about patients.

I wouldn’t recommend this doctor. He is unprofessional, rude and the office personal the same way. Your appointment doesn’t mean anything, you will wait hours to see a doctor, and if you will question the time, you will get the nasty look and no answer. The doctor is the same way. Very bad experience..

Very efficiently organized office Dr.Chalik is very attentive, knowledgeable and pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend
