I advise those who care about respect and commitment in the medical field, to not waste their time going here. These aren't medical professionals. If you listen carefully, you can even hear them talking about patients disrespectfully, in the open. Most people are unaware in this environment. Eyes glued to their phones, frantically and anxiously waiting to be seen. The people there are so beautiful on the outside, but when focus is put on them, and their ethics are observed, you can conclude that a "Take care" is just a "Yea whatever bye", disguised. IF you can, just dodge this place. That community deserves better.

I was assigned to this medical facility to administer a drug test for my job. The staff is professional, patience and provided excellent customer service. The office manager named Lauren is definitely the icing on the cake. She is remarkable. During my visit, I observed her positive attitude, actively listening and addressing the patients concerns and mentoring her staff. I will definitely recommend this location to address any health concerns.

Packer medical is a great place for my first time here they treated me like I been here a million times. When I walked in Lauren greeted me with respect and told me to sign and the wait was close to none as Sophia did the nurse stuff she was nice and professional. It was a pleasure to come here. The place is well kept and clean with lots of professionalism.

I come here every year for my company medical. Always kind, professional, & prompt! The doctor I saw yesterday was wonderful and unfortunately I cannot remember her name! Lauren and Sophie are always top notch. Patient and kind! They alwqys do their best to get us all in and out quickly, knowing we are there in between our AM & PM runs!

Walk-In at Parker Medical for a DOT Physical & Drug Test today. First and foremost, DO NOT BELIEVE AND FEED INTO THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS !!! The staff of professional women at the front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in, made sure my paperwork was in order, informed me right away of the process and exactly what they are doing in terms of loading my info into the system while I wait in the seated area. Very clean, safe, sanitary office 100%. ALL of them were smiling, laughing, and just chitchatting among each other the same exact way any person would at their office or place of employment .... they were not loud or obnoxious or unprofessional in any manner whatsoever. Misery always loves company and miserable people will always be offended and unhappy when others around them are smiling and are happy. Everyone's experience will be different, I guess it depends on the type of individual and what mood they are and their attitude at that particular time. My personal experience today was very pleasant, I walked in with a smile and left with a smile. Like I said in the beginning, DO NOT FEED INTO THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS!

This is by far one of the best doctors offices I’ve been to. The office is very neat and clean, the staff are very professional and very friendly, and you don’t have to sit all day waiting. The office manager Lauren is amazing, she makes sure all the patients have a good experience and everything is done correctly.

This place was wonderful . The staff of ladies were incredible . From the minute I walked in the with no ideas what to do they walked me through everything including what my employee needed . Then they were all smiles and fed me gave me some food they wouldn’t even let me get up to get my own drink they brought me my cups of water every time . This place is phenomenal I have never encountered such an awesome and professional staff. Also they were so helpful with getting me all the attention that was needed for all my injuries I felt like I was at home getting treated by family . I would recommend this place to everyone such a great experience on a bad day for me . THANK YOU

For the past 3 years I’ve been going to Packer Medical Group to renew my physical. I could openly say Packer Staff have always treated me nice. They make the process very fast and easy. Often time they went outside their way to make sure I have all my paperwork’s. Big shout out to Lauren I appreciate all your help.

My experience at packer Medical was amazing! From the moment I walked in I saw a quote that Sophia one of the nurses wrote. It said “ the happiest people don’t have the best of everything , they just make the best of everything” All the staff here are friendly and had me laughing the entire time I love the energy and the atmosphere that you feel when you walk in. Lauren is very professional and it makes me happy that the business is ran by young women of all ethnics! Nakema is also vibrant and very friendly as well I love this place!!Thank you packer medical for being professional and friendly I will recommend this place to anyone!!

Don't believe the negative reviews!. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. PA was kind enough to even call my specialist doctor to verify information and sort it out. Gave realistic expectations and timelines. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice to others. Thanks again! P.S. They follow great covid safety precaution as well.
