Not responsible rude. staff. I spent all my day just waiting because of their negligence.A Lady is very rude
Quest is GREEDY and UNRELIABLE who sacrifice quality over quantity. I think the techs working there are actually doing a good job. The problem is in Quest management of timing, they schedule too many visits within 1 hour and then you have to wait 1 hour for your test even if you have an appointment. This is BIG PROBLEM if you have a test that needs to be done certain time. Also their check in system has glitches where it does not check you in first time and you dont even realize it until plenty of people called ahead of you who have appt after you. Bottom line Quest is a greedy company that is unreliable and i would not use their services any more. Will try bioreference next time.
Horrible service, very rude lady, they need more staff. The building smelled like it’s just been exterminated, elevator very strong couldn’t breathe.
Don’t go here unless you have a printout of the script requesting bloodwork/testing. Printer was out today and apparently has been an issue for months
Whelp if I had read the reviews before going here, I wouldn’t have made the appointment. Yes parking is a nightmare but it’s a nightmare in any busy area of Brooklyn. Inside the location is a bit strange, lots of following paper signs and walking through random doors. I made my appointment online and checked in on my phone when I arrived. I barely had a chance to sit down before I was called in. The phlebotomist Jason took me in, he had to multitask and take my insurance, my payment and draw my blood. I was surprised they make them do all this. Now for the 5 star part, Jason! I am terrified of getting my blood drawn, like pass out see ya later scared. Jason made me feel at ease and I barely felt the needle when he poked me. If I could have him pull my blood all the time, I would be fine. Any negative feelings I had about the parking or maze of a place are wiped away. Thank you Jason!
I was pleasantly surprised. I had read a negative review for this site, but it was closest to me and I have no time in the morning, so I choose it. The first good thing - easy to made appointment and a few emails before appointment reminded me about time and location. The second big surprise when I came for blood test was stuff. I was my first time there and nurse Dayshia helped me to check appointment as I had only email on my phone. There was problem with my Blood Order, but I had a print out of it and she scanned all those pages in my account. Very professionally she took all samples of blood, absolutely no pain. Really, I want to thank her for great service.
The most terrible experience! On July 7, 2021 I went for blood and urine test my doctor rheumatologist requested. The first technician started doing the paperwork that means coding in the computer system, but couldn't do it and was very aggravated because of it. She asked me to step down and wait, so the second technician came in and she looked more professional and after some time could clear it out. I had 14 vials of blood taken with 3 punctures because it needed a lot . Also I got my urine collected there. On July 20 I called the doctors office to make sure they got my test results and was totally smashed that they don't have anything and the computer said everything was cancelled!!! I was speechless! My office said they never called them and didn't call me either to verify! I didn't go to my doctor because nothing was done. The doctors office requested the investigations but their management said they don't know what happened!!! What kind of "professionals" that working with people's blood and don't know what happened with14 vials of blood??? When I called there they didn't want to talk with me even! Stay away from this lab!!!
I don’t know why people are complaining so much about this place. I understand is hard the parking situation but the customer service was amazing. The man in the front was very quick, knowledgeable, considerate and helpful. I had to park in a water pump and it gave me time to walk to the place, drop off the test, he explain to me everything I needed to know and I was back to the car before I get ticket. Thank you so much for working in this hard times and even more Sundays.
I came here multiple times and always was satisfied. But today’s visit was just a nonsense! I came for a regular blood work. The panel contained about 9-10 different blood tests, and it took a phlebotomist about 15 ! minutes to create an order for my blood work. After that she told me that one of the tests cannot be performed, and when I asked which one exactly. She told me she didn’t know which one it was. She also told that I should call my doctor, can you imagine? How come my doctor is going to know which test your lab cannot perform?! I tried to negotiate, asked to perform all the rest of the tests without that one that they cannot do, but she was just repeating “I put your order on hold, I put your order on hold”. Like this is ridiculous! A personnel not knowing what to do and not willing to help should not be working with customers! I will not return to this place and don’t recommend visiting it. Maybe it’s even better that she didn’t draw my blood, because I am not sure how successful that procedure would go with that attitude and absolute unwillingness to help. Avoid!
Would give it zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Had to drop off 24 hour test with labels on it already. Only one person working. Told me to stand to the side and wait with no indication on when she would process me. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked and she told me should would process all the blood draws before taking my already labeled sample. Taking my business to another lab. Also no parking in the area and complete mess when you walk in. Place looks filthy.
