This place doesn't deserves 1 star, super rude staff, we had an appointment for 2 disabled kids, and lady just ignored us and let walk-ins go without appointment. Seeing us. Super dirty place overall
If I could give zero stars for this Quest location, I definitely would! Annette is extremely rude and unprofessional! The entire system is flawed in terms of scheduling, an 11:15 patient gets seen before a 10:30 patient. We are a year and a half into the pandemic, get the proper ventilation in your establishment so more than three patients are allowed in at a time. When you come to the door to check on who is waiting outside, it would be great if your attitudes were pleasant and professional not rude and condescending, never seen such unprofessional behavior in a medical establishment.
The staff are wonderful. They are respectful and curtious. The establishment is clean. I have not experienced any negativity and I have been going there for the past three months. I will end with saying, you get what you put out.
Location didnt accept us because for some reason their system is down. Called them to double check where can we go in order to get a drug test. Waited on the line for 20 minutes and customer representative just hung up on me. The worst place. Never use them
I made an appointment for a PCR test, and had literally 3 minute wait time! In and out! And my tech was super friendly and helpful. With all the crazy lines from this weekend, it was good to have a great experience during these difficult times! Thanks Quest!
Very poor service. There is no waiting room inside of the facility. People are made to wait outside of the office for indefinite amounts of time under any weather condition, and this includes the elderly and pregnant women. Take me for instance. I am a visably pregnant person, 8 months to be exact, and I was made to wait out in the pouring rain for 20 minutes before the front desk person decided to attend to me. After 20 minutes he decided to come out of the facility to find out if I had scheduled an appointment. He stated that he thought I was with another patient who left the facility 10 minutes before he approached me. Other patients were complaining too. One person had to advocate for an elderly woman who was also made to stand outside in the rain as well.
Rude staff, inaccurate screenings. I went here to do a routine health screening. I initially sat with a female phlebotomist, but her computer was having problems. She asked another male phlebotomist to help me, a guy with glasses, and it seems he didn't want to. I guess it's because it was lunch time. He sighed deeply and said to me "come on". When he weighed me, he didn't ask me to empty my pockets or take my sneakers off. I asked him to reweigh me without the stuff in my pockets and my sneakers; he seemed annoyed. It was 4 lbs less. He took my blood and seemed careless. The initial insertion and drawing of the blood didn't hurt, but when he took out the needle, he pushed it in a little further and then my arm hurt like I got a tetinus shot. I may look to file a complaint. Whatever personal/lunch issues the staff has is between them. If you can't control your emotions, seek a profession where you aren't inserting needles into people.
Annette "saved the day" after another phlebotomist scolded and blamed me for bringing incomplete paperwork during my appointment. This isn't the first time I've experienced inappropriate handling by this phlebotomist in particular. I'm juggling multiple medical conditions, doctors offices, and a drained healthcare system. But at least Annette, after hearing the unprofessional and stress-inducing exchange, went out of her way to 1 call me after the incident, 2 confirm that she received the correct paperwork which I was able to get faxed to the location and 3 prioritize me upon my return the next morning. Annette handled the situation professionally. She was sensitive, caring and authentic.
one of staff is very rude. She has short hair
I came about 20 minutes before they closed without an appointment and I was in and out in 10 minutes. The woman who checked me in was friendly and helpful and the woman who took my blood was great. She was super quick and chatted with me to keep me distracted. I wish I had gotten their names. All in all a pretty painless experience. I was definitely hesitant to come here because of the so-so reviews, but I was very relieved that my experience was positive.
