Horrible phlebotomist on call this morning 12-31-22 for my wife's blood work. Terrible attitude, clearly did not want to be there. Mask not up fully. Tapping her arm too hard to find a vein. Swabbed area with alcohol like he was sanding a wooden coffee table. Needle moving around in her while he switched vials, and now my wife's arm has a bruise. Disgraceful.
Very very very nice staff! Daniel was very helpful and warm, I did not have an appointment and they took me in very fast given there were not many people there. I had pre employment drug test to be done and I was out of the building in 10-15 mins including wait time for a walk in! Very happy with their services!! They deserve better reviews :
Antoinette is incredible. She made me feel at ease the entire time and is extremely patient. No wait time and had all my blood work completed in less than 15 minutes.
no appointments and no+× one to talk to. very cold people. Once I had to drop off a urine sample. it was 3:05. but because the office closes at 3 they refused to accept it. not what I call health professionals.
Antoinette did an amazing job. I usually have problems with having blood drawn and this was the FIRST time it did not hurt. I was so impressed by her skill.
I had a 10/10 experience. Daniel is the best! I have very small veins and he was able to find my vein on the first try. I was done in under 3 mins :,. I had an 8:45 apt on a Monday, waited 5 mins to be seen and was completely done in 20 mins. Thank you Daniel and quest!! Update 2022 - still amazing with kind people and a great experience
I had a 9:45 AM appointment, when I arrived I was the only one in the waiting room and I was seen within 5 minutes. I had a 2-hour long test so I stayed a while, after 11:30am the waiting room was almost at capacity 6 people, max 8 so I recommend making earlier appointments if you can. The tech who drew my blood multiple times that day was super sweet and friendly! I wish I got her name. I made my appt for just one test but she saw that my doctor requested multiple lab orders, and fulfilled all of them the same day so I wouldn't have to come in again.
Reading the negative reviews, I was honestly a bit anxious about going to this location for my blood work but gave it a shot anyway since sometimes negative reviews are overblown. I arrived a bit nervous but was instead pleasantly surprised. All of the staff members I interacted with were really friendly and welcoming. The facility itself is clean and organized too. I had a 10:15 AM appointment for which I checked in online before arriving, and waited for about 5 minutes. Service was prompt and the tech who drew my blood was super sweet, careful and quick. I recommend giving this location a chance, you can tell they take the feedback and are trying to improve.
It was a terrible experience. My wife had tests to be done from two different doctors at Cornell. I was outside in the car expecting to wait a few minutes - in these plague times and both being 82 we didn't want to expose both of us unnecessarily to the virus. After a half an hour I went in and she was still sitting in the waiting room, many people who had come after her having been served. I walked to the back to the testing area and asked of one of the two people there - a man I later learned was Daniel -when they were going to call her. "Soon" he said. "When is 'soon"? I asked. "Soon" he said. Pushed by my aggressiveness he called her in shortly afterwards. She came back out saying that there was no order in the system and clearly she was to leave. I went back in to tell him that the order was put in the system by the doctor every 3 months and this could not have been different. Daniel went back to the computer and "found" the order. I stood there while he took the blood. When he had finished I said that there was another order from another doctor. Again he said there was no such order in the system. I gave him the name and phone number of the doctor while I phoned the doctor. He was fiddling with the computer. After I had spent about 5 minutes on hold for the doctor Daniel said "you can hang up, I have it." The whole process took about an hour. After we left my wife said that as a woman she was ignored and patronized and would have not gotten the tests done. I had a long career as a trial lawyer and know how to be aggressive without going over the line. Had I not used my aggressive skills she would not have had her tests done. We would have to be lunatics to return to this location.
Went for a blood test today and could not have been more pleased. I waited at most five minutes The woman who checked me in was cordial. Antoinette, a personable woman, took my blood flawlessly. It is always a good idea, here or any medical office, to make an appointment first thing in the morning. My appointment was at 8:00 AM.
