Called in right at my appointment time, no extra wait time. Katalina was very nice! She made the experience quick and easy.
I came as a walk-in and Alana accommodated me quickly. She was efficient, professional, and made the blood draw virtually painless.
Unprofessional, rude and discourteous. Ashley should not work in healthcare if she can’t follow basic standard precautions and infection control practices. Definitely will be reporting this location to department of health.
I had a fabulous experience here today! Katalina is the most courteous and kind phlebotomist I ever met! She made a 3 hr test a breeze! Thank you so much Katalina!
!!!0 stars this place is the worst. Avoid at all cost!!! Had an appointment by 1:40 wasn’t seen till 2:50 all because she took a break and didn’t tell anyone. Later on an older lady came in she doesn’t know how to make appointment online, and can’t come the next day due to snow the worker looked her in the eye and said “can’t help you” instead of just seeing one more. The old lady just travelled just to hear that please put cameras or some there they failing customer service!!!
Showed up on a Tuesday to get some routine blood work done. No one was there so figured it couldn't take too long. But there's no receptionist! So I sign in on the iPad and keep waiting for half hour. No one comes out. For all I know I'm waiting for nothing. Another patient comes and is seen right away I guess because he had an appointment so now I know there are people working there. After 45 minutes my name finally shows up on the screen saying I have a 3 min wait time. It stays at 3 min for 15 minutes. Finally someone comes to get me after an hour of waiting and there are 3 technicians in the back just hanging out. They finally take my blood but it's super super painful. I've had my blood drawn dozens of times and I'm always told I have great veins. It's usually a tiny pinch and then nothing. At quest it was like a stab to my arm that kept radiating deeper and deeper. Afterwards it still hurt a lot and started bruising. Horrible experience.. avoid this location.
Scheduled appointments ahead of time. Check in is easy, no wait and place is clean. The staff is very professional, friendly and efficient.
This is the best Quest I’ve been to so far! Very clean and well kept. Katalina ? was extremely personable and professional, asked about my day, and told jokes to make me feel better. <3
I had a very pleasant experience here. The wait was quite long but in their defense they were short staffed. Check in process was fine. I did it on my phone once I sat down. The doctor who drew my blood was very professional, kind, and a total sweetheart. He also really helped me out—I didn’t realize you needed a hard copy of the prescription from your doctor for the blood work. Admittedly, it’s been a long time since I’ve had blood work done, and I had a prescription from a doctor that was not located in the building—my neurologist from an office in lower Manhattan. I had the prescription via email. I was starting to panic, explaining my situation to him. He told me I could email it to him and he could do the blood work! I was BEYOND thankful and relieved he was able to do it for me, not only because I had waited a while but because I have really bad social anxiety and going to doctor’s offices is hard for me. I really appreciated him. Very nice guy. It was a nice experience!
The staff is super friendly, professional, and the entire process is quick and efficient. I've been there twice now and both times I was seen within 5 minutes of signing in as a walk-in and spent less than half an hour there in total. The first time I needed bloodwork done and received my results online in a few days. I highly recommend this location. Oh, and how could I forget, they are also super affordable. Both times I came in after 4 PM due to prior engagements, so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it.
