I had a 10:40AM appointment, I arrived at quest on eastern parkway at 9:10AM, I checked in.Two patients were waiting, they both got attended to in a timely manner and left. Another patient came in and was with one technician the whole time I was there. I was the only patient left sitting down waiting for 20 minutes, the second technician passed by me a few times and didn’t say anything. no one called me in and the second technician seemed to not be doing anything. I asked her if I’d have to wait till the time of my appointment, she said yes in a rudely manner and walked away. I am very disappointed with the service, I come to this location frequently and it’s always a bad experience with the technicians. Quest has to do better and hire people who actually want to treat patients nicely.
I brought my 20 month old in for a blood draw. Our appointment was at 8:30 am & she was seen promptly. The phlebotomist was so kind to me & my daughter. She was very efficient. Overall pretty ecstatic about my visit. Thank you!
Very professional & courteous. Gentle. Explained everything before procedure. Answer my questions & results were sent to myself & Doctor quickly.
I had to pick up a script from Quest Diagnostics which should have been a 5 minute process, in and out. I didn't need to be seen by a doctor, I simply needed to pick up a testing kit. I had called earlier in the week ahead of my visit to see if there was anything I need to do ahead of arriving. There was an automated message that lasted about 5 minutes before I could reach the extension I was trying for. After I finally got to appointments, the earliest available appointment was 3 days away so I figured I would try to walk in. When you get to the Quest office, there is no one there to direct you. You have to sign in on an Ipad in the waiting room. The kiosk prompt asks if you want to wait in the office or outside so I opted for outside because there was so many people. They said they would text me when it was my turn. I waited a full HOUR before going back inside to check in again. This time, the kiosk told me 5 minutes. I waited 10 before leaving without my script. Absolutely unacceptable. Even after I left, I never received a text telling me it was my turn to be seen by anyone.
I visited Eastern Parkway lab today and found it very easy to sign in, waiting room was clean, and staff was friendly and accommodating. Lanna was my phlebotomist and was very helpful in receiving fax from my doctors for my prescription. My only critique is there is no contact to call and speak with someone at the center to ensure lab prescription was received. I would recommend this center for anyone needing quick labs by trusted professionals.
So far no issues. They handled my daughter with kid gloves, she wasn't bothered by the blood draw. The place is clean and well organized. I had an appointment today with zero issues. I would visit again for my medical needs.
I came to this site, I was 2 hours early and the office had a few patients. They actually took a walk in, which they say is not allowed... Before me. Anytime you have african american employees working in our neighborhood. You get horrible service.
Coming to this location I agree with previous reviewer as if you are bothering them by making them do their job. Nasty staff, rude and unprofessional. I came at 4:30 for bloodwork and they would not see me since they close at 5 and the worker had already called her Uber. In this exact words. “My driver is on his way”
This place got a bad reputation. I visited this location today in order to do lab work for my PCP to review. Construction scaffolding notwithstanding, the location was absolutely gorgeous inside. I was greeted by two workers at the entrance who were managing people entering for the health facility and for Quest Diagnostics. I was extremely early for my appt 30 mins so I hung around in the lobby until I could check in 15 mins before scheduled time. The staff seemed courteous with each other. The lobby was well-heated despite the frigid day, so much so that my temperature was higher than normal once it was time for me to check in. The Quest Lab facility was also gorgeous and well furnished. It had great technology; checking in was quick and simple, and they displayed my name and wait time on the television. I also received a text message with the same information. I sat down for only a minute or two until the phlebotomist called me to the back. She Lanna was great; she took her time to explain the billing, was extremely skilled at drawing my blood which has been a lifetime struggle, and had an overall warm and personable energy to her. I was in and out within 30 minutes including the 15 min wait in the lobby. I'm not sure when staffing changes occurred, but this facility and the staff were lovely. Please don't let the one star reviews scare you.
The staff was nice. I made appt online and a message came up if you are 60 or over, pregnant or have underlying health issues come the first hour for a peace of mind visit. So that's what I did but this office didn't know anything about that and I'm pretty sure that it wasn't the first time someone came in with the issue I had. Anyway I got there the first hourahour 8am and it was a good thing that I made appt for 10 because you can't be seen with out an appt. They turn people away while I was waiting. And at first they wanted me to wait until 10am but they did see me after I told them I had a assess a ride coming. So over all it worked out
