I get my blood drawn every month. The staff here have always been pleasant, thorough, and very professional. I have what you call a difficult draw and so far, I have never had a problem here. The wait is never long either. I love this location and the staff is wonderful!
I had a great experience getting some blood work done here this morning. The staff was kind and answered all of my questions, and the whole process was over in about fifteen minutes. The space is small, but clean and updated.
This was the worst Quest experience ever endured. I have no idea why it took over two hours to have my blood drawn. Every person in the waiting room was violently ill and terrible. If you choose this Quest because it is a convenient location, I urge you to go elsewhere.
I waited over 2 hours to get blood test, the location has only one person working and its very slow, i didnt have an appointment cuz they said you didnt have to. Not recommended!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The lab was not prepared for my appointment that I made weeks ago and therefore turned me away. When I spoke with the secretary she gave me a nasty attitude. Unprofessional and unorganized.
It was quick and pleasant visit this morning. The nurse who works there it’s very professional and nice, great personality
Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Did not want to answer my questions and answered her phone call from a friend right in front of me. Run down office and not the type of place you want to go for medical work.
Wonderful place. The staff is very patient and polite and you simply walk in.
