I didn't have an appointment but was seen within 5 minutes after I checked in. A big THANK YOU to Ms. Iwona Ivana for her excellent service for my blood work. She took 6 tubes of blood without giving me any pain. Highly recommended.
The phlebotomist at this location are very kind, especially Joanna. I have a fear of having blood taken, and small veins makes it difficult, and I tend to faint. No fainting this time! Joanna was very kind and gentle, she is well skilled. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I will only go here for any future testing needs. Making an appointment Is key, very easy to do online. this is a busy location and you will need to wait. Be kind and courteous. Remember not everybody is comfortable with having blood drawn and will need a few extra minutes to regroup.
If you have an appointment there is no wait time in my experience at least and the staff is truly wonderful. Iwona has drawn most of my lab work this year and she’s great but I have had a wonderful experience with all the staff. They make a stressful thing quick and painless. Someone noted they take a long time checking insurance but they have to follow that protocol. It’s not super fast but neither is any doctors office when you give them your cards. I was still in and out in 20 min.
The technician, Iwona, was friendly and efficient. The clinic was really busy and other people waiting were rather rude and impatient. She did an excellent job of helping answer their questions and keeping things moving. In and out in less than 15 minutes.
Was able to book a same day appointment. Karen was so kind and caring. Highly recommend this location.
Omg I never like to write a review but as a mother of a child that is very scared and nervous and all the time keep moving, screaming and crying .this place surprise me because the lady who atend him was so nice with him so friendly and at the first intent she found the vein she is the most Profesional human that I meet I'm so happy for my son and if somebody have child like mine please take them to this place because I took my son to other place and they were very rude so mean unprofessional and they tryed so many times and never find the vein and only cause trauma to my baby

Quick and good service. Very impressed. It was my third time at that Greenpoint location. I made my appointment for Saturday at 9:30am. I came 10 minutes before, 2 people in waiting room but literally my wait time was 5 minutes.
I was able to make a same day appt this morning. I waited less then 10 minutes and was called, Joanna was efficient, helpful and friendly. I would come here again.
I’ve read some terrible reviews and was afraid that there will be issues with my appointment. However, everything was perfect. I completed all I need for 15 minutes. The lady who took the blood was super professional and respectful. I don’t know what did people who left a bad reviews experienced, but I would definitely recommend this location
