I rarely give low reviews. This facility was neither clean nor professional. The staff was short-tempered, disorganized and disempowered. The carpet was heavily stained and the air ducts were quite dirty, including in the blood draw room mold is more common that we think but black mold spores travel - especially not good in medical facilities. When I mentioned I was mold sensitive and to move to a cleaner room, the staff member told me to take it up with her supervisor, who mouthed off about me while walking toward me before I even spoke - she uttered that I should just go somewhere else. Perhaps this behavior explained the staff's low, disempowered morale. When she addressed me, she did ultimately explain that the ducts were scheduled for cleaning after summer. It wasn't a fit for me but I believe healthcare facilities should be diligent about maintaining a higher standard. And wonder, Is Quest setting its customers and team up for success?
Waste of your time! Worst lab to ever visit. Booked an appointment, arrived on time, asked for assistance to fax my doctor order, and did not get any. Was told to use the app to send documents wasn’t working and that they didn’t have an email I could send it too. Only one person on duty. If you’re looking for efficient service, that is quick for your blood work or testing, this is not it. Go elsewhere, wasted my entire morning.
Horrible place. No one here to help. Rude, unfriendly, unhelpful host. No punctuality either to top if off
Horrible experience. Rude, aggressive, unprofessional staff. They destroyed my arm. Also not clean at all. Please avoid, will never go again.
The place looks like is falling apart. Everything is old, dirty and there is only one person taking care of all the place. Honestly can’t believe that Quest a big company is running a such a mess like this.
I don’t recommend this place. The wait time was 90 minutes. Several people in the waiting room were getting tired of waiting. They are very understaffed only one person working . I’d recommend going somewhere else if possible.
Terrible place to get any testing done. I got to my appointment on time & the screen lets me check in and said my wait time was 40 mins. Like what? And then I chose the option to have them text me when it’s time for my appointment. I received no text. I come back and the assistant calls someone else’s name and I tell her I’ve been waiting for super long then she tells me they called me but I wasn’t here, yeah cause I thought I’d get a text. Then turns out you can’t even email them your referral you have to fax it to them. Why doesn’t Quest tell you any of this before hand? Well safe to say I’m never coming back here again. All around whom experience was 2 hours long, just makes no sense.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I showed up on time. Was told by the kiosk: 5 minutes. Ok. 25 minutes later, they call me back. Fine. Then, even though I filled out my info on their website and my doc sent a requisition, they have no idea why I’m there. They can’t take the Rx off my phone, so I have to FAX?? it using some bootleg app they use. Would have been nice to know in advance. THEN THE APP DOESN’T WORK. So I just left and had to reschedule. Worse than any of that, they’re rude to you, like you’re supposed to just _know_ this. No. No way am I letting someone with this attitude come near me with a needle. Go to the one in Greenpoint, none of these problems exist there.
They are closed until further notice. Did they think of posting that outside? Apparently not! When you call, you arent notified! There isnt a sign in the lobby either to show that they are now closed, only up on the third floor. When they were open they didn't have the greatest service either, always with very long wait times and rude staff.
Nurse/Doctor was nice but having to handle everything by herself. Waiting room was unpleasant with TV way too loud.
