When you work with a professional, they act professional they know exactly what to do to let your day go quick I don’t know what it is but every time I go there my visit goes smoothly and I leave quickly. That’s what I love downtown Regent.
Incredibly Inefficient. Extremely Slow. The Entire Office Doesn’t Adhere To Good Time Management!! You Make An Appointment And Aren’t Seen For At Least An Hour After Said Appointment!!
Over 2 hours waiting for to see the doctor from desk unhelpful, when finally she call me I asked her why the patient has to wait over 2 hours she reply very sarcastic when you come to a doctor office be prepared to wait up to 5 hours!
This was weird because I went in for a routine physical and was pretty sure the Medical Assistant said my BP was 113/80. Regardless, apparently I have elevated BP levels and I need clearance to go to work. I'm about to cry at how frustrating it is when it really wasn't my fault. That's their own screw up
Given the pandemic the clinic required an appointment. Didn't stop them from filling every seat. Went for drug screening. This is not a lab. It's a clinic where they collect samples then send to the labs like Quest. In the same effort, employer could send you directly to the lab. It would be faster and smoother. I had to sit in a waiting room with at least 30 people, give my sample then told to wait just to watch them bag it. Employees were rude and difficult to understand.
Great service and fast
Very slow and unprofessional stuff. Spent 1 hour just for regular pre-employment drug test. My wife spent 2.5 hour for the same test. They don't care about patients during covid and I don't think that they care in the regular basis.
Everyone under here with the bad reviews was probably rude because I just went last week Thursday for a drug test nd it was a lot of us there and I was in and out no more than 15 mins‼
I made my appt online. The instructions ask you to bring in your insurance card and ID upon visit. I waited for over an hour in the waiting room and then was sent back to my seat and waited an additional 20 mins because I was paying with insurance. Advice- call the clinic to schedule.
Great Service! I was at the court street office today and the front desk represnetive, Lianna V. Was attentive and made sure that my administrative problem was solve & she was nice and didn’t seem to be annoyed in helping me out. Thanks again Lianna!
