Had a very good experience with Haider Ali when I called for my husband's blood work results. He found the results quickly and patiently waited while I found the fax number for my doctor  had to actually call them while he waited.. The results were immediately sent to my doctor!

Fast response. My wife's information was not passed correctly from the doctor to them, and they were able to help me in less than an hour. Very good service. Thanks Tom Kevin for the quick turn around time.

I had a doctor’s appointment two days ago and they took blood and sent it to this facility, Empire City Labs Sunset Park, for a blood test. I went to the website and didn’t see this latest blood test so I called their number and Heider answered. He was very nice and efficient. Heider found my blood test and posted it with my previous tests right away. I would highly recommend Heider and this lab. They do very good work!

I could write a whole report on the safety stuff. I’m that impressed. Plenty of space…seems to be well organized…doesn’t look like other labs where people are literally on top of each other trying to do work.

Mr. Haider was awesome! his customer service is just great. he took his time and help with my questions .

The test reports were very quick. The services they provided were very good and staff was very cooperative.

So grateful for Haider who was so kind and efficient resolving a very import issue I had today when I was trying to view results on the portal.  He was not rushed at all and took so much time explaining how to resolve the issue.  I never fill out these google reviews but if you are having any issues ask for Haider! Thanks again- such a great experience with Empire!
