Mr. Ashok was kind and extremely patient. I had trouble with my drug screening test and he made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend this location. It was clean and wait time was almost nonexistent. Thank you for your service!
Straightforward and efficient service. The man working the front desk and performing the blood drawing was very pleasant and professional and got the drawing done quickly.

They don’t answer on the phone, no matter how many times you call and they don’t even call you back if you leave a message with your info as they ask! The website doesn’t give all the info, so after making an appointment on line and going there on time you waste your time because they finally tell you that you can’t have that test done in that location! That’s really unprofessional !
Ashok is great - courteous, professional, fast. Never allows for line to form in a waiting room. And walk-ins are definitely welcome there.
So far, for the last two days I have called two locations close to me and it seems like nobody likes to answer the phones. Haven't even been there yet and it's upsetting that I have to give it one star just because they're ignoring calls.

I was at another LabCorp today because I had to take my daughter and unfortunately this Lab does not offer pediatrics. The experience today was so negative that I immediately thought about how positive my experience has been here every single time. The staff is so sweet, they are considerate of your time and truly care. If I could give them 100 stars I would! At one point I had to take a 3 hour glucose test, and these ladies did not forget about me for a second, coming out to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Thank you :
This place is awful. No courtesy or customer service. The rest room for non-employees is broken and the sink in the one for employees is broken as well so you have to go into one of the exam rooms to wash your hands. So, when you touch the door know on the employee bathroom that you need to use for a urine test, tons of other people who haven't washed their hands have touched it as well. Disguisting. Also, I went in without a mask which they required. I asked them for one and they said they didnt have any. Never heard of a doctor's office or medical facility that doesn't give people masks. Is Labcorp too broke to afford a plumber and some masks?
After abysmal experiences at Quest Diagnostic I wasn’t expecting much.. But this place was clean, well organized, and efficient! Called this morning, receptionist was pleasant. Front desk person ended up being the Nurse, helped us through registration and did the blood draw. Highly recommended
